Office cleanout pricing
Priced by trailer volume. Small office (1 to 2 rooms) is usually a half load. Mid sized suite (5 to 10 rooms) is a full load or two. Large floor plate cleanouts are quoted by job size.

Walk through
We come to your office, look at the scope, and give you a written flat rate quote within 24 hours. No charge for the walk through.

Schedule around your business
We can work during business hours, after 5 PM, or on weekends. Many lease end cleanouts happen on the last weekend before move out.

Coordinate IT and data
If you have servers, hard drives, or sensitive paper records, we coordinate certified data destruction with our partner. You get a certificate of destruction.

Load and haul
Two to six person crew depending on size. We disassemble cubicles, break down workstations, and load via elevator or loading dock.

Donation routing
Office furniture in good shape often goes to nonprofit partners who take used office equipment. Reduces your landfill cost and is the right call.

Office cleanouts come up for predictable reasons. A company is moving to a new space and the new place is smaller. A floor is being decommissioned after consolidation. A lease is ending and the landlord wants the space broom clean. A merger means two offices are becoming one. An equipment refresh means 30 monitors and 30 towers and 30 chairs need to go. We handle all of it.
Speed matters in commercial cleanouts. A lease end deadline is hard. A landlord move out clause typically requires the space empty and clean by the last day of the lease, and a missed deadline can trigger another month of rent. Texas Junk Boyz can run a multi day cleanout on a tight timeline. For a typical 5,000 to 10,000 square foot office suite, we can clear in 1 to 3 days depending on volume and how much disassembly the cubicles require.
For IT equipment, especially hard drives and servers, certified data destruction matters. We do not destroy data ourselves but we coordinate with a local R2 certified electronics recycler that does. You get a certificate of destruction for compliance purposes (HIPAA, SOC 2, internal audit). Drives are shredded on a witnessed schedule.
On donation, used office furniture has more reuse value than people realize. Local nonprofits, churches, schools, and small businesses regularly take desks, file cabinets, conference tables, and chairs that are in good condition. We route to local nonprofits in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Crowley when the furniture qualifies. Beyond the environmental upside, it sometimes results in a tax deductible donation receipt for your company.
We work after hours and weekends for businesses that cannot have us in the space during operating hours. After hours pricing is a 25 percent premium over standard rates. We carry building access protocols (badges, key fobs, supervision), and we coordinate with property management for loading dock and elevator scheduling.
