Furniture removal pricing
Furniture is priced by how much room it takes up in our 16 yard trailer, not by the piece. A single chair hits our $149 minimum. A full living room or bedroom set usually lands at half load ($349) or three quarter load ($479). A full house worth of furniture is typically a $599 full load job.
| Item | Price |

| Full sectional (3 to 5 pieces) | $249 to $349 |
| Bedroom set (bed, dresser, nightstands) | $349 to $479 |
| Dining room set (table + 6 chairs + buffet) | $349 to $479 |

What affects pricing
- How much total volume the pieces take up
- Stair carries (2nd floor or 3rd floor walkup)
- Disassembly needed. Some pieces will not fit through doors as is
- Access. Driveway parking versus street parking versus alley
- Whether anything is donation quality. We sort and route to donation centers when possible
How furniture pickup works
- 01
Send a photo
Text 817-655-5655 a picture of the pieces, ideally one wide shot per room. We will quote within the hour. Or fill out the online form below with photos attached.
- 02
Confirm a time
Same day if booked by 10 AM. Otherwise next day. One hour arrival window. Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
- 03
We do the carry
You point at the piece, we pick it up. We use moving blankets on tight corners, take door hardware off when needed, and disassemble bigger pieces on site (bed frames, sectional sofas with locking arms, modular sofas).
- 04
Donation routing where possible
If a piece is in good condition, we ask if you want us to route it to a local donation center (Goodwill, Salvation Army, Family Endeavors). About 30 percent of furniture we collect gets reused or recycled.
- 05
Sweep and pay
We sweep the area, you confirm the flat rate, you pay (cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App). Done.
Why furniture removal is harder than it looks, and what we do about it
A sectional sofa weighs 250 to 400 pounds. A queen bedroom set is around 600 pounds total. A pool table is 800 to 1,000 pounds. None of it is heavy compared to commercial equipment, but every one of those pieces is awkward in a way that small jobs become a workout fast. Door frames, stair landings, corner moldings, and tight hallways are where most homeowners end up scratching a wall or wrenching a back when they try to do it alone. Texas Junk Boyz brings a four person crew with moving blankets, door removal tools, and the muscle to take it all out in one trip.
Furniture is also where pricing trips most people up. By the piece pricing sounds simple but ends up expensive. A couch is $199, a love seat is $149, a recliner is $99, a coffee table is $80, and suddenly your living room cleanout is $500 piece by piece when it could have been $349 as a half load. That is why we price by volume. We measure how much room the pieces will take up in our 16 yard trailer and quote you against that. The math almost always works out cheaper than per piece pricing, especially for full rooms.
For bigger jobs like whole house furniture clearouts, divorces, downsizing, estate prep, or post move "the new place is smaller than I thought" jobs, we hit a full load price of $599 and you can put as much in the trailer as you can pack in there. That usually means an entire 3 bedroom house of furniture, plus the inevitable garage and shed contents that came with it. For really large estates we send multiple trailers in one day.
On the donation side, we do route furniture to local charities when it has reuse value. The local Goodwill on East Berry, Family Endeavors, and the Salvation Army on East Lancaster all take donations during the day, and we have relationships with them for last mile dropoff. If a piece is in poor shape (stained, broken frame, sagging cushions), it is not donatable. Goodwill turns away about 40 percent of what well meaning people bring them, and they have to pay to landfill the rejects, so we screen first. If it is donatable, we take it. If not, it goes to the landfill or the recycler.
For pieces that need to be disassembled to fit out a doorway, we bring a cordless drill kit and the right Allen wrenches for common brands (IKEA, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Wayfair, Restoration Hardware). Most modular sofas and sectionals come apart in 5 to 10 minutes once the locking mechanism is found. Bed frames disassemble in about the same time. Pool tables are slower because the slate has to come off, usually 30 to 45 minutes, but we have done enough of them to know the routine.
We service furniture pickup across Burleson, Fort Worth, Mansfield, Arlington, Crowley, Arlington, Cleburne, Granbury, Joshua, Benbrook, Forest Hill, Everman, Kennedale, Aledo, Godley, Rendon, and the southern DFW metro. Same day and next day are both routine.
